By signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) and/or Vehicle Condition Report at the time of delivery, the customer acknowledges receipt of the vehicle in its documented condition. Send A Car assumes no responsibility for damages not noted at the time of delivery.

If the vehicle is delivered without a recipient present to inspect and sign for it, the customer must inspect the vehicle and report any damages within twelve (12) hours of delivery. After this period, Send A Car will not be held liable and no claims will be accepted.
